Parts Return Policy

•    If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly accept returns.  Only items returned within 30 days of purchase will be considered for a full refund.  If returning by mail, please secure the contents of the shipment in the original packaging, and keep all shipping receipts, as we are not responsible for return merchandise lost in transit.
•    Returned items must be returned to the GreenMark location from which they were purchased, in new condition, in original packaging, with all paperwork including manuals or assembly instructions, and all accessories, as well as your original packing slip or invoice to be eligible for full refund.  
•    Electrical items are not returnable if original packaging is open.
•    Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
•    Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment used for the purchase.  Refunds for cash purchases over $50 or any purchase paid by check will be made via a company check and mailed.  Please allow up to 14 days for refund.
•    Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is the result of our error.
•    Purchased items returned in person to a store or by mail that meet the above requirements will receive a full refund of the purchase price less applicable restocking and or shipping charges.
•    Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
