GreenMark Equipment, is a progressive John Deere dealer?with locations in Michigan and Indiana. We are looking for a part time service writer/admin at our Holland, MI (Lakewood Blvd) location.
This position will involve extensive computer and paperwork processing with the ideal individual having previous experience in a service department and a basic understanding of heavy equipment, opening/closing work orders and filing warranties claims.
- Scheduling pick-up and delivery of equipment
- Assist answering phones
- Assist with service department filing and records
- Balancing cash receipts
- Enter incoming equipment to SharePoint
- Ordering office supplies
