Store Admin Support - Athens, MI

GreenMark Equipment, a John Deere dealer with locations in Michigan & Indiana is looking for an individual for an store Admin Support person. Responsibilities may include the follow:

  • Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership and answers dealership documentation requests from vendors/customers
  • Provide telephone answering and hold/sold board updates backup support for Three Rivers as needed.
  • Prepares bank deposit and emails banking information for Athens location
  • Sales admin functions: record advanced deposits, hold/sold board updates for Athens and Jonesville, process paperwork prior to settlement/invoicing for Athens and Jonesville, and mail retail notes
  • Distributes mail and maintains dealership files
  • Coordinates on-line postage for all locations
  • Loads A/P vouchers for Athens location to record invoices, etc. Also, backup support for other locations as needed.
  • May reconcile certain corporate vendor statements as assigned
  • Orders/coordinates ordering of printed material (business cards/envelopes) for all locations
  • Coordinates ordering of GreenMark pens, GreenMark key fobs and service satisfaction stickers for all locations
  • Orders office supplies for the store location
  • Reconciles/submits payroll hours for corporate processing and updates corresponding vacation calendars as needed
  • Provides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at that location
  • Prints copies of all customer surveys for location survey binder
  • Receives emails from JDE Surveys and Dealership Experience Graph, prints copies for location binder
  • Manages and monitors Petty Cash account for Athens location
  • Record customer interaction/goodwill gift card program in CDK and on intranet
  • Follows-up with returned mail for all locations
  • Merges duplicate customer records (moves equipment, formatting, data captured, etc.). 
  • Enters new equipment received for entry in CDK
