To Our Valued Customers,
As we attempt to fulfill our role as a responsible employer and a business with whom you choose to partner, GreenMark Equipment is continually monitoring the current COVID-19 situation. In the midst of these challenging circumstances, our main objective is to ensure your safety and that of our employees. The following is intended to communicate actions we are taking to reduce the spread of the disease and how we plan to conduct business in the days and weeks to come.
Our regular cleaning processes at each location have been enhanced to include frequent disinfection of common areas such as our parts counters, rest rooms and work stations. We are also communicating internally with employees to follow the recommendations being made by federal, state and local governmental agencies including:
- Wash Your Hands Often
- Avoid Close Contact
- Stay Home if You Are Sick
- Cover Coughs and Sneezes
- Wear a Face Mask if You Are Sick
We realize that even in the midst of these challenges, there are crops to be planted and work to be done. Our current plan is to remain open and follow our published store hours that can be found on the GreenMark web site: www.GreenMarkEquipment.com . Parts, sales and service department personnel will continue to be available at the store during those hours to serve your needs. However, if you would prefer to interact with us remotely, we invite you to take advantage of any of the following options.
Parts Phone In:
Many of you already regularly interact with our parts personnel by calling in to request parts. Rather than coming into the store, we would be more than happy to leave your parts outside so that you can pick them up without entering our facility.
Parts Drops:
We provide options for delivery of parts to locations throughout our trade area. Simply call your nearest GreenMark store to place your parts order and we can send them to a parts drop nearest to you. Parts drop locations can be found on our website by accessing the Parts menu and clinking on the link labelled Parts Drop Locations. Be sure to review the addresses and map located toward the bottom of the web page.
The GreenMark Portal
On the main landing page of the GreenMark website is a link labelled GreenMark Portal / E-Services. You can click on that link and sign up today for access to this valuable resource that is available to you 24 hours a day. You can look up parts, check inventory at all GreenMark locations and send us your order online. You can pick-up these parts at any of our locations, we can also send them to one of our parts drops or set them outside our front door for pick at your convenience.
